History of the updates

C(2023)2178 of 31 March 2023 - 2.0

  • The placeholder for the NCP topic has been updated, following legal advice that placeholders should be avoided:
  • It has been tentatively completed with text from the previous NCP topics, which however leaves open the possibilities of proposals for three separate networks, or of a single proposal;
  • To allow an update of this topic as part of the next amendment, the topic has been moved into a separate call with a later opening date and deadline than the call 2024-HUMAN-01 (this later date will still allow full continuity with the current NCP networks).
  • A clerical change was made in the way in which the extended page limit is set out for those topics in Destinations 1 and 2 that call for a business case and exploitation plan; this now appears as an admissibility criterion but the effect is exactly the same (the only change in the conditions is in the formulation of the extended page limit).
  • A clerical correction was made regarding the SST-related space topics under Other actions, Grants to identified beneficiaries, by specifying, as was done in 2022, that the evaluation committee will be composed partially by representatives of EU institutions.
  • HORIZON-EUSPA-2023-SPACE-01-46: the provision of FSTP, already set out in the topic, has been inserted in the topic conditions.
