If you're applying for EU funding in AI and robotics projects, it's essential to understand Article 22.5 eligibility requirements. These rules establish ownership and control restrictions designed to protect the strategic interests of the European Union.

To be clear: The restrictions of Article 22.5 only play for non-European organisations. So if you are a legal entity from the EU-27 and are not (majority) owned by an entity from a non-EU country, you don't need to worry.
