The European institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) has been informed that EIT Manufacturing ASBL filed for liquidation before the Court of Évry on 25 March.

The EIT is closely monitoring the situation and has requested EIT manufacturing to provide additional information and clarify the next steps. This will enable the EIT to respond in a timely manner and assess possible actions to ensure that ongoing projects and legitimate claims by final beneficiaries, which are not affected by the irregularities, are duly honoured and settled. Further information will follow in due course.
