ProgrammesEIT Health has opened a call for consortia to help develop a new EIT Label-certified micro-credentials programme for advanced Master’s students and PhD candidates in healthcare-related fields. The programme will provide flexible, practice-oriented learning focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and project management in healthcare. Delivered by EIT Health, it will combine online learning, masterclasses, mentorship, and industry engagement to equip participants with the skills needed to turn scientific knowledge into real-world healthcare impact.
The call is open to both EIT Health members and non-members. It may be particularly relevant for universities, incubators, accelerators, nursing schools, business schools, industry and start-ups. Funding amounts to up to €150,000 in 2027 and up to €60,000 in 2028.
There will be an info session on 15 July 2026 from 11.30 to 12.30 CET and a Q&A session on 4 September 2026 at 11.00 CET. You can find all information on the website of the call.

The ATHENA project addresses emerging risks for the water sector in operational technology created by digitalisation. The project responds to Digital Europe call DIGITAL-ECCC-2022-CYBER-03-UPTAKE-CYBERSOLUTIONS – Uptake op Innovative Cybersecurity Solutions. The project started in September 2023 and will run until November 2026. De Vlaamse Waterweg - The Flemish Waterway participates in the project to enhance the resilience of the organisation by co-developing targeted training modules for operational technology environments.
