ProgrammesThe European Commission and the Network of Legal&Financial NCPs have launched a survey on Financial, Legal and Administrative rules of Horizon Europe in practice.
Targeted at Horizon Europe beneficiaries: project coordinators, researchers, work package/task leaders, technical and administrative staff, and others involved in project implementation.
The input will be used to provide the Commission with valuable feedback and practical insight into the financial, legal, and administrative implementation of Horizon Europe projects, with the final purpose of improving the framework programme. The first two sections of the survey focus on legal and financial aspects, while the remaining sections cover the project lifecycle and broader horizontal issues.
Deadline for submitting responses: 04 April 2025

Digital, Industry & Space AI Continent
The Digital Europe-funded project LLM-Bridge has issued a cascade funding call to fund a high-quality, EU-based incubator capable of supporting startups in the transforming of early-stage GenAI ideas into viable, scalable, and ethically compliant ventures. read more
The UNCHAIN project, ‘urban logistics and planning: anticipating urban freight generation and demand including digitalisation of urban freight’ obtained funding from the Horizon Europe’s Mobility Cluster. The project focuses on breaking down data silos and promoting public-private data exchange across a unified European mobility data space, enabling more informed decisions and greater efficiency. The City of Mechelen is a partner in the project and takes on the role of ‘follower city’: it will work alongside the primary demonstration sites (in Madrid, Berlin and Florence) to maximize the geographical coverage and replicability of solutions across Europe. Mechelen aims to test 2 concrete solutions in the UNCHAIN project, with the aim to help addressing its current and future challenges in urban freight distribution.
