Funding & Tenders Portal: filters not functioning properly for Pillar 2

The open and forthcoming calls under Horizon Europe have been published on the Funding & Tenders Portal (Funding - Call for proposals)

However, there are technical issues with the filter functions in Pillar 2: filtering per cluster does not display all 2025 call topics within this cluster and advertise call topics of other work programmes. The keyword search feature is also not functioning properly.

To circumvent the problem and see all open and/of forthcoming calls within a specific cluster, it is recommended to manually enter the cluster name  in the quick search field on the left hand side of the portal (e.g. HORIZON-CLx-2025, except for cluster 1, then you need to type HORIZON-HLTH-2025).

This technical issue also affects the NCP Flanders call topic overview. To make sure to see all 2025 call topics, please refer to the "All in one sheet" overview (not "One sheet per programme") where you are also able to search by keywords through the call topics.

Due to this problem, the links to the open and upcoming calls in the Horizon Europe section i.e. on each subprogramme page on the right hand side under ‘work programme and calls’ on our website, are neither functioning properly.

UNCHAIN - Revolutionising urban logistics & space management

The UNCHAIN project, ‘urban logistics and planning: anticipating urban freight generation and demand including digitalisation of urban freight’ obtained funding from the Horizon Europe’s Mobility Cluster. The project focuses on breaking down data silos and promoting public-private data exchange across a unified European mobility data space, enabling more informed decisions and greater efficiency. The City of Mechelen is a partner in the project and takes on the role of ‘follower city’: it will work alongside the primary demonstration sites (in Madrid, Berlin and Florence) to maximize the geographical coverage and replicability of solutions across Europe. Mechelen aims to test 2 concrete solutions in the UNCHAIN project, with the aim to help addressing its current and future challenges in urban freight distribution.
