ProgrammesMIP4Adapt, the platform supporting the implementation of the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change, is inviting climate adaptation experts from across Europe to express their interest in joining a new Roster of Experts. The initiative aims to strengthen knowledge exchange, collaboration and implementation support across Europe’s climate adaptation community.
The Roster of Experts forms part of the EU Mission on Adaptation’s efforts to strengthen knowledge exchange, collaboration and implementation support across Europe's climate adaptation community. The roster will bring together specialists from research, policy, and practice to support climate adaptation action across the Mission Community. It will help connect regional and local Authorities, Mission Projects and other stakeholders with trusted expertise, while creating opportunities for experts to contribute to Mission activities and knowledge sharing.
Applications received by 31 July 2026 will be reviewed as part of the first assessment round, with successful applicants being included in the initial launch of the roster in September. Atlas Integratie & Inburgering Antwerpen is an autonomous agency and a non-profit organisation responsible for implementing the Flemish integration policy on behalf of and for the City of Antwerp. Atlas offers several types of services for newcomers and Antwerp’s public and non-profit organisations.
In 2018, under the leadership of HafenCity University Hamburg, Atlas participated in the H2020 call 'Addressing the challenge of migrant integration through ICT-enabled solutions'. The proposal 'MICADO - Migrant Integration Cockpits and Dashboards' was approved by the European Commission and the project started in January 2019 and runs until June 2022.
