NCP Flanders is your contactpoint for all your questions regarding the implementation of the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programme. But there are also other services which give specific support and advice about the Framework programme.
The National Contact Point (NCP) informs about the most recent Research and Innovation Programmes of the European Commission, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe. The European Commission considers NCPs to be important partners in the implementation of these programmes, and the main structure for providing practical information and assistance to potential participants.
The core functions of an NCP are: 1/ informing, awareness rising; 2/ assisting, advising and training; and 3/ signposting and cooperation.
NCP Flanders gives advice to all stakeholders located in Flanders (enterprises, institutes, non-profit-organisations, universities, university colleges,...).

If you are a staff member of a university, university college or research organisation… Most of these organisations located in Flanders, have installed a European Funding Support Office which is your first contact point.
The various work programmes are drafted by sixteen Programme Committees consisting of delegates of the participating countries in Horizon 2020.
Representatives from EWI (Department of Economy, Science and Innovation) inform on the drafting process and collect input from stakeholders located in Flanders to bring it on the Belgian and European level, which results in a concrete work programme. This input can typically consist of suggestions for new topics, requests for adaptations on scale, content of proposed projects or feedback on former participants.
You can contact the Horizon 2020 programme committee delegate from Flanders of the programme of your interest.
As soon as the committees for Horizon EU will be composed, we'll add the information.
