The document attached is the compilation of slides presented in the past workshop organised by NCP Flanders on 25 March 2025 'Legal and Financial for beginners in Horizon and Digital Europe projects'. It gives a brief introduction a.o. to the budget of a proposal, to personnel cost calculations, third parties and third countries, reporting and reviews & audits. It contains as well a list of useful information sources. Besides the infosheets and the videocorner on the NCP Flanders website, we propose to get to know the virtual campus of the Portal of NCP Academy, the European NCP network of Legal&Financial NCPs.

The NCP advisors Ria De Breucker and Ann Van Hauwaert (ncp_legal_finance@vlaio.be) can be contacted for all your questions related to Legal&Financial aspects of Horizon Europe and Digital Europe.
