The European Commission has launched a procurement procedure for a Virtual Human Twins (VHT) Platform Project Support Office.The main goal of the Project Support Office (PSO) will be to provide support and advice to the Contracting Authority in managing the VHT Platform framework contract and specific contracts. The PSO will ensure high work standards among Advanced VHT Platform contractors to achieve the initiative's objectives.

About the VHT initiative: The European Commission launched the European Virtual Human Initiative in 2023 to support the emergence and adoption of the next generation of VHTs in health and care with the aim of advancing personalised care. The cornerstone of the initiative will be an Advanced Platform for VHT models integration and validation (henceforth referred to as VHT Platform). Following a call for tenders, a framework contract for the delivery of the VHT Platform was signed in June 2025.

Deadline to respond to the call for tenders is 28 July 2025 (16.00 Brussels time).
