Programmes Digital, Industry & Space Digital EuropeThe Digital Decade policy programme sets up a monitoring and collaboration mechanism based on common objectives and targets for 2030, in particular on digital infrastructure, digital skills, digitalisation of public services and digitalisation of businesses.
The Commission must review the programme by 30 June 2026 and may propose amendments. It will assess whether the programme and its implementation require changes in the light of technical, economic or societal developments and the evolution of EU priorities.
To gather input for this review, the Commission is currently collecting feedback from stakeholders. Contributing to the survey is possible until 23 December 2025 via this link.
We offer news and event updates, covering all domains and topics of Horizon Europe, Digital Europe & EDF (and occasionally, for ongoing projects, Horizon 2020).

Funded under Horizon Europe (HORIZON-INFRA-2024-TECH-01-03) and running from 2025 to 2028, UrbanAIR develops advanced digital twins that simulate the interactions between urban climate, human behaviour, and policy choices. These models enable cities to explore what-if scenarios, such as new green infrastructure, mobility measures or building designs, and assess their impacts on health, safety and social equity. The project consortium consists of 18 partners from 11 countries. Read more about the project and the contribution of Flemish partner Vito in this testimonial.
