This online workshop is for applicants preparing a proposal for the Horizon Europe Prize on Governance Innovations in Energy Communities (HORIZON-CL5-2026-2-PRIZE). The session looks at the practical steps needed to prepare an application for the Horizon Europe Prize on Governance Innovations in Energy Communities. It covers how to navigate the Funding & Tenders Portal and how to fill in the application forms correctly.

Participants can also ask questions during the workshop. Those who request it during registration may be able to book a 5-minute 1-to-1 Q&A slot with European Commission policy officers. A Webex link is due to be shared later, with access details for the general session and instructions for the individual Q&A sessions.

Registration is set to close on 17 April 2026 so please register on this website before that date.

INSPIRE - Centre of Excellence on inclusive gender equality in R&I

Funded by Horizon Europe, under call topic HORIZON-WIDERA-2021-ERA-01-80, INSPIRE is Europe's Centre of Excellence on inclusive gender equality in research and innovation. It relies on four Knowledge and Support Hubs to create knowledge in the areas of sustaining change, widening participation, intersectionality and innovation. Moreover, it supports stakeholders in their journey to become more inclusive through 12 Communities of Practice. In this way, INSPIRE aims to develop both cutting-edge knowledge and innovative strategies for gender equality in the European Research Area. INSPIRE brings together 14 partners. The Belgian partner in this project is UHasselt.
