The Chips JU is organising an online workshop dedicated to Chips for AI, AI for Chips to bring together stakeholders from across the Electronic Components and Systems community to discuss potential 2027 Call topics, exchange views on industrial needs and technology priorities, and help shape the direction of future Chips JU actions.

The discussion will focus on three complementary areas:

  • Foundations for Autonomous Systems Made in Europe
  • AI for Chip Design
  • System-Level Memory Architectures for AI

The insights and feedback gathered during the workshop is expected to contribute to the drafting of the Chips JU Work Programme 2027 and its call topics.
