The info day is targeted at potential applicants to the 2026 calls of the Horizon Europe Research Infrastructures work programme 2026-2027, for four main destinations.

  • INFRADEV, which aims to develop, consolidate and optimise the European research infrastructures landscape, and maintain global leadership.
  • INFRAEOSC, with the objective to enable an operational, open and FAIR European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) ecosystem.
  • INFRASERV, with the objective of offering services supporting transnational access to state-of-the-art facilities for researchers, relevant for a large research domain or in support of societal challenge and EU priorities.
  • INFRATECH, aiming to contribute to developing the next generation of scientific instrumentation, tools, methods, and advanced digital solutions for Research Infrastructures.

Ahead of the event, it is advised to watch the pre-recorded presentations that are available on the info day webpage and to send questions via Sli.do, using #infodayRI2026. The deadline to submit questions is 11 March.

Submitted questions will be answered during the online event on 18 March 2026, which will be live streamed on the event page. No registration is needed to attend the event. Please note that there will be no presentations on 18 March; the session will be dedicated exclusively to answering the submitted questions.

The programme and all information related to this info day is available in the announcement on the research and innovation community platform of the European Commission.
