BE-ARMA invites research managers to share their views on training needs in research management (RM), and to explore the potential creation of a BE-ARMA working group focused on training and professional development. Speakers involved in the RM Roadmap will present the initiative and share perspectives from this work.

The RM Roadmap is a European project developed in the context of the ERA Action on Research Management, aiming to support its objectives by identifying skills, training needs and priorities for the research management profession, and by fostering collaboration and community building across Europe.

The session will provide:

  • Introduction to the ERA Action on RM
  • Perspectives from the RM Roadmap
  • Exploration of interest in a BE‑ARMA working group

Research Managers can give their view:

  • What do you need as a Research Manager?
  • What do you expect from the RM community?
  • Where do you see opportunities to work together?

No registration is required, connect directly to the teams webinar .

BE-ARMA is a network of research managers and administrators in European funded projects, located in Belgium, from all type of organisations, facilitating peer-to-peer learning and exchange of best practices. Consult www.bearma.be  how to join the community.
