ProgrammesThis webinar is organized by APRE in collaboration with Access2EIC, the network of the EIC/EIE National Contact Points, and will feature speakers from ERCEA (ERC Executive Agency) and EISMEA (European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency).
The webinar will present the ERC Proof of Concept and the EIC Transition scheme and explore the synergies between the ERC PoC and EIC Transition instruments and provide practical insights to potential applicants.
The ERC PoC Grants aim at facilitating exploration of the commercial and social innovation potential of ERC funded research, and are therefore available only to PIs whose proposals draw substantially on their ERC funded research.
EIC Transition supports the maturation and validation of novel technologies from the lab to relevant application environments, with the goal of progressing towards market readiness. Proposals must be based on results generated by EIC Pathfinder, FET Flagship, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, or ERC PoC projects (details in the EIC 2025 work programme)
The agenda provides further information. Participation to the webinar is free of charge, but registration is required via the registration form.
We offer news and event updates, covering all domains and topics of Horizon Europe, Digital Europe & EDF (and occasionally, for ongoing projects, Horizon 2020).

Professor Inez Germeys leads the Center for Contextual Psychiatry at KU Leuven, which is a large multi-disciplinary research group focusing on the interaction between the person and the environment in the development of psychopathology. She has received a European Research Council (ERC) Consolidator grant (INTERACT) and Proof of Concept grant (IMPACT). With these grants professor Germeys and her team researched a new mobile self-management therapy for patients with a psychotic disorder. The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in Daily Life (ACT-DL) was further developed for the clinical environment. In line with that the Horizon 2020 IMMERSE project aims to thoroughly evaluate strategies, processes, and outcomes of implementing a digital mobile mental health solution.
