ProgrammesCan artificial intelligence tools be used to prepare stronger Horizon Europe applications? What are the opportunities, the lessons learned so far, and the pitfalls to avoid? How is the use of AI received by experts evaluating the proposals?
The 5 Horizon Europe National Contact Points in Belgium (NCP Brussels, NCP Federal BE, NCP Flanders, NCP-FNRS and NCP Wallonie) are jointly organising a webinar to discuss all these questions and help applicants stay ahead of the curve and make informed decisions about using AI in proposal preparation.
Representatives from the European Commission and the Research Executive Agency will first set the scene and share the EC approach about AI in Horizon Europe. You will then hear first-hand experiences from applicants and experts. The webinar will include ample time for discussion and questions from participants.
Participation is free but restricted to Horizon Europe applicants from entities established in Belgium.
Registration is mandatory – please use your professional e-mail address.
More information on the webinar and the possibility to register can be found on the event website.
We offer news and event updates, covering all domains and topics of Horizon Europe, Digital Europe & EDF (and occasionally, for ongoing projects, Horizon 2020).

Across Europe, many education systems face persistent challenges, including declining learning outcomes, high dropout rates, teacher shortages, and widening inequalities linked to socio-economic background. KU Leuven coordinates two Horizon Europe Cluster 2 projects that are strongly interlinked and aim to generate robust, evidence-based insights that can support more effective, inclusive, and resilient education systems across Europe.
