ProgrammesAre you preparing a submission for the 2026 Horizon Europe Research Infrastructure Calls? The Proposal Check offers proposers a valuable opportunity to improve the quality and competitiveness of their proposals. Through detailed, constructive feedback from experienced Horizon Europe evaluators (officially appointed by the European Commission) applicants can refine their submissions and significantly strengthen their chances of securing funding. The service is free of charge for the proposers.
What is it?
The Proposal Check Workshop is organized by RICH Europe, a network of Research Infrastructure National Contact Points (NCPs) that provides services across Europe with the aim of strengthening the European research infrastructure ecosystem. The event will take place online during the first week of September, from 1 - 4 June 2026. Each consultation is tailored to the individual proposer and will take the form of a dedicated online session lasting up to two hours. Following a brief pitch by the proposer, evaluators will provide feedback on all sections of the Horizon Europe proposal Part B – Excellence, Impact, and Implementation. All information shared during the session will remain confidential.

The event is aimed at proposers who intend to submit proposal for the Horizon Europe Research Infrastructure 2026 Calls in the following destinations:

Funded under Horizon Europe (HORIZON-CL6-2022-GOVERNANCE-01-14), running from 2023 to 2027, PREMIERE aims to strengthen the multi-actor approach by supporting the development of more relevant, coherent, and well-prepared project proposals. Flanders Research Institute for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (EV ILVO) is partner in the project consortium and leads the work package on the development and dissemination of practical tools to help stakeholders prepare successful multi-actor proposals.
