The FPC is an opportunity to discuss and get feedback on an advanced draft proposal from experienced Horizon Europe experts. The FPC event is free of charge and the online feedback meetings with project coordinators and experts will be organized between Monday 8 September and Thursday 11 September 2025

How to participate:

  1. See the list of topics included to the FPC, sign up and submit your proposal draft by Sunday 31 August 2025 on the  NCP4Industry 2025 2025 Full Proposal Check website
  2. Select several suitable timeslots for a feedback meeting starting from Monday 8 September (the meeting will take max 2 hours) to allow match your preferences with experts´ availability
  3. The proposals will be selected according to their completeness, which will be checked by Horizon Europe National Contact Points
  4. Selected participants will be informed and invited to an FPC feedback meeting by Thursday 4 September, and the FPC meetings will be held during the following week between Monday 8 and Thursday 11 September

The NCP4Industry network can provide the FPC sessions with external experts to a limited number of proposals.

YoPA – Youth-centered participatory action for a healthy lifestyle

The YoPA project, ‘a youth-centred preventive action approach towards co-created implementation of socially and physically activating environmental interventions’ obtained funding from Horizon Europe’s Health Cluster. The project addresses the multifaceted challenges of physical inactivity and health inequalities through a unique participatory approach. The project places teenagers between 12 and 18 years old in vulnerable situations at the forefront of the intervention process. The Institute of Tropical Medicine is a partner in the project and will conduct a Realist Evaluation to understand how youth co-creation contributes to improved adolescent health and well-being in four cities in Denmark, Netherlands, Nigeria and South Africa.  By integrating its results and sharing its approach in an open access Toolbox, ITM aims to contribute to fostering sustainable, youth-led solutions for healthier urban environments.
