This online event looks at how climate risk assessment can be turned into practical adaptation measures, investment priorities and financing decisions. It brings together results and experience from Mission projects including CLIMAAX, MIRACA, CLIMATEFIT and DestinE. The session is designed for public authorities and other stakeholders working on climate adaptation and resilience planning.

This MIP4Adapt event presents practical solutions, tools and lessons from Mission projects that have ended or are nearing completion.

What to expect:

  • Practical approaches and tools for climate risk assessment and vulnerability analysis.
  • Ways to translate climate risk information into adaptation priorities and actions.
  • Insights into developing financing strategies and investment-ready adaptation projects.
  • An opportunity to exchange experiences with Mission projects and peers working on climate adaptation.

This event is aimed at regional and local authorities, members of the EU Mission Adaptation Community and other stakeholders working on climate adaptation, resilience planning and investment.
