The Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) is organising the two-day IHI Forum 2026 that will focus on translating research into long-term impact in the health sector, and address how research outcomes can be turned into sustained value for patients, healthcare systems, and innovation ecosystems.

Funded under Horizon Europe’s Innovative Health Initiative (HORIZON-JU-IHI-2022-02-01) and running from 2023 to 2028, the iCARE4CVD project aims to improve patient care across the board, starting from those at risk of developing cardiovascular disease to those with advanced heart failure. Thomas More University of Applied Sciences plays an important role in the project focusing data analysis and AI modeling as well as on the implementation of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures and Patient-Reported Experience Measures.
