ProgrammesA training proposal writing on the ERC Advanced Grant call for proposals is organised by NCP Flanders. The training is organised to support potential researchers and host institutions in the preparation of their ERC Advanced Grant application at a host institution located in Flanders. Researchers who are planning to submit an ERC Advanced Grant proposal for the 2025 call or in the next round(s) are encouraged to attend this training.
The ERC Advanced Grant Call 2025 tentative opening date is 22 May 2025 with a tentative deadline on 28 August 2025. The 2025 ERC Advanced Grant call will be made available on the European Commission Funding and Tender Portal.
The call will be open to established research leaders of any nationality and from any field of research (bottom-up approach), with a recognized track-record of research achievements. There is no minimum or maximum age limit. The amount of the grant is up to € 2.5 million for 5 years (or up to €3.5 million in specific cases).
This is a call using lump-sum contribution. Last year’s call was a pilot on the use of lump sum contribution and thus the following related resources could be useful: Q&A on lump sums and webinar on lump sums.
It is advised to potential applicants to also attend the Belgian webinar on the ERC Advanced Grant 2025 call modalities which will take place on 4 April 2025.
Participation to this training is free of charge. Registration via this registration form is required.
