This two-day event brings together actors from across the agrifood ecosystem to discuss resilient and regenerative agriculture in Europe.
The event is organised by EIT Food (European Institute of Innovation and Technology) and is designed to look at how resilient agriculture can move from policy ambition to practical action. Sessions cover topics such as regenerative agriculture in practice, farmer perspectives in policy, financing agricultural transformation, digital innovation, data and MRV, agrifood value chains, and collaboration across regions and sectors. Speakers mentioned in the source material include Matteo Mazzola (EARA), Vanessa Maire (Unilever), David Hagan (DIAGEO) and Yannick Delvaux (SOIL Capital).
Alongside the main programme, several side sessions are planned for specific audiences. These include the EIT Food Country Representatives Meeting, the Strategic Partner Meeting, a roundtable on resilient and regenerative agriculture, the Entrepreneurship Pass startup-corporate matchmaking session, and the hybrid plenary meeting of the Resilient Agriculture Think and Do Tank.
Registration is open via this webpage and participants can find the full programme here. Questions about the event can be directed to nextbite@eitfood.eu.
This event is relevant for agrifood companies, startups, investors, policymakers, researchers, innovators and farmers.

Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant coordinated the Glaukos project, which answered the call topic published in 2019 of Horizon 2020 Framework Programme ‘Develop bio-based fibres and/or functional molecules to improve the performance of textile products’ under the Framework of the Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (BBI JU). The consortium partners took up this challenge by valorising industrial side streams and setting up a circular approach to the textile industry.
