This virtual info session on Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowship (PF) 2026 call is organised by the National Contact Points (NCPs) for MSCA in Belgium (NCP Federal BE, NCP-FNRS, NCP Flanders) to inform potential applicants and host institutions from both the academic and non-academic sectors (including industry, business, SMEs, governments, civil society organisations, cultural institutions, hospitals, etc.)

The MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship 2026 call is expected to open on the 9th of April with an indicative deadline on 9 September 2026. Postdoctoral Fellowships support post-doctoral research and careers in all scientific fields. Supported researchers have a PhD and a maximum of 8 years of post-PhD research experience. This limit can be extended for several reasons (e.g. maternity leave, paternity leave, …) Host institutions need to be located in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country. Optional secondments during the fellowship can be in any country worldwide. Optional placements in an organisation in the non-academic sector (Non-Academic Placements) in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country are added at the end of the project. The grant amount depends on the number of person-months. The postdoctoral fellowships have a duration between 12 and 36 months (depending on the type).

During this information session the objectives of PFs, call modalities and hands-on information on the application submission and evaluation process will be provided, complemented by the perspectives from a MSCA PF fellow and an expert evaluator.

Participation to this webinar is free and open to any researcher in any career stage whom intend to apply with a Belgian host institution or any staff member of a Belgian host institution (both from the academic and non-academic sectors). Registration is required. The registration form offers the possibility to write any question for the speakers you might have at this stage.

EHRI-IP - European Holocaust Research Infrastructure

The European Holocaust Research Infrastructure Implementation Phase (EHRI-IP) project was funded under Horizon Europe call topic HORIZON-INFRA-2023-DEV-01-02. The project duration was two years and came to an end in February 2026. The main objective of the EHRI-IP project was to undertake all necessary legal, financial and strategic work to have a permanent organisation or ERIC (European Research Infrastructure Consortium) fully operational by the end of the implementation phase. The project consortium consisted of 14 partners from 13 countries. Read more about the project and the contribution of Flemish partner Kazerne Dossin in this testimonial.
