ProgrammesThe Joint Research Center (JRC), the European Commission’s science and knowledge service, has launched two new calls for the purposes of training and capacity building in its scientific laboratories and facilities to people working in academia and research organisations, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and more in general to the public and private sector. The City of Hasselt took part in the ONELAB project (2022–2025) as an end user. The project was funded under Horizon Europe (HORIZON-CL3-2021-DRS-01-05) and focused on developing modular Rapid Response Mobile Laboratories (RRML). These laboratories are designed for rapid deployment in a variety of settings to support disease monitoring.
