Latest release of the Funding & Tenders Portal: new functionalities

Published on | 3 years ago

Programmes Horizon Europe

The Funding & Tenders portal introduces two new services:

  • Individual users can now launch a search for partners for new proposals. Find a call topic of your interest and post an expertise offer or request. Other interested users will then be able to contact you for discussing your ideas. See here for more guidance.
  • Beneficiaries in grants providing for financial support to third parties (‘cascade funding’) can now register their cascade calls for proposals directly in a web form.
    • Log in to the Portal, go to ‘My projects’, select the concerned project and choose the action ‘Manage cascade funding calls’. Once you submitted it, your project officer will be alerted and approve it.
    • All registered cascade calls are available in the standard funding opportunities page, providing thus a much higher visibility for your calls. See here for more guidance.

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action (MSCA) European Innovative Training Network “PBNv2 - Next generation Pass-By Noise approaches for new powertrain vehicles” started in May 2017. Their research has the shared objective of investigating the possibilities to decrease pass-by noise of vehicles.

The project is a collaboration between 17 research institutions and companies in the European automotive R&D and provides a learning environment for 14 PhD fellows. The Belgian partner is the Noise and Vibration Research Group of KU Leuven, and this project is one of the many Horizon 2020 MSCA Innovative Training Networks that the KU Leuven research group participates in.
