Due to a clerical error, this topic was incorrectly configured as a lump sum action in the IT submission system, whereas it should be an actual costs action.
To correct this issue, the submission system for this topic will be temporarily frozen. During this period, applicants will not be able to work on their draft proposals or work on new draft proposals.

NCP Flanders went to Leuven to interview Frederic Houbie, the Research Projects Manager at Luciad, about how he sees Horizon 2020. Luciad is a partner in the MARISA project, which is a collaborative RIA project submitted to an ICT call topic.
