The European Commission, alongside ADRA and Ideal-ist, the network of National Contact Points for ICT research, will host an Info Day and Brokerage Event featuring pre-arranged Face2Face meetings.
This event complements the general infoday for all topics of Cluster 4, held online on 13 and 14 May, and focuses on AI, Data, and Robotics topics within the cluster. Participants can network, identify collaborations, and business cases, facilitating the setup of Horizon Europe projects.
This infoday is hybrid, with pitching sessions and livestreamed sessions available. Speakers from the Commission will provide detailed insights into the call topics.
The infoday will begin with a presentation by the Commission on AI, Data, and Robotics topics under Horizon 2025, followed by a Q&A session. Afterwards, potential proposers will be invited to pitch either their project ideas or the competence they can offer to a consortium in the making. This will be followed by a poster session where visitors can meet potential proposers presenting their project ideas or competence.
The event includes two parallel tracks:
Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory. Given the limited capacity of the venue, those with concrete project ideas and participating in the pitching sessions will be granted priority for in-person participation.
