ProgrammesThis online brokerage event is organised to help organisations from Türkiye and across the Horizon Europe community find partners, present project ideas and prepare consortia for upcoming 2027 calls. The programme includes thematic information sessions, workshops, pitching sessions and bilateral meetings.
The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) is organising an online matchmaking event in cooperation with the Enterprise Europe Network.
The event focuses on four thematic areas - corresponding with Horizon Europe Cluster 1, Cluster 4 (Digital & Industry) & Cluster 5 (Energy & Mobility):
The programme includes information sessions on the upcoming 2027 opportunities in Horizon Europe, on cascade funding and on lump sum funding as well as pitching sessions and pre-arranged bilateral meetings.
More information, including the detailed agenda and how to register, is available here. Those interested in participating can register here and create a cooperation profile by 25 September 2027.
The matchmaking platform is expected to remain open for five months after the event, allowing participants to continue partner searches and collaboration discussions until early 2027.
We offer news and event updates, covering all domains and topics of Horizon Europe, Digital Europe & EDF (and occasionally, for ongoing projects, Horizon 2020).

The Department of Economy, Science and Innovation of the Flemish government coordinates the Horizon 2020 Coordination and Support Action SAPHIRe, which started on 1 December 2018. The aim of the project is to secure the adoption of personalised medicine in all European regions, including sparsely populated and remote regions and regions with different innovation capacities.
The activities of SAPHIRe are complementary to the smart specialisation partnership on personalised medicine – S3P4PM, which is also coordinated by the Department of Economy, Science and Innovation.
