Organised by Adra, the AI, Data & Robotics Association, in collaboration with the European Commission and the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA), the event is designed as a platform to show project results, discuss key challenges and support collaboration across the AI, data and robotics communities.

A particular focus is placed on engagement with Adra Topic Groups, where different stakeholders work on shared goals in these fields. The programme seeks to connect research and innovation projects with wider take-up and follow-up opportunities.

For in-person attendance, participants should submit their registration by 9 April 2026. Registrations received after that date are to be treated as online participation only.

Target groups: researchers, innovators, companies, industry leaders, policymakers, as the event focuses on research and innovation results in AI, data science and robotics and on opportunities for collaboration and commercialisation
