This webinar is organised by the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency through the European IP Helpdesk. Dr. Robert Harrison (Sonnenberg Harrison Law) is listed as speaker. 

The webinar will cover key IP questions linked to artificial intelligence (AI), including rights in data used for machine learning, database protection, access to data for AI innovation, patenting AI-related inventions, ownership of inventions made with third-party data, and the sale or licensing of AI innovations. Afterwards, there will be time for questions.
