ProgrammesThe EDF Info Days 2026 will take place from 10 to 11 March 2026 in a hybrid format, both in Brussels and online. On the first day, attendees will receive presentations from DG DEFIS staff regarding the latest calls for proposals and developments within the EDF. The second day will feature networking opportunities and thematic pitch sessions aimed at forming collaborative consortia for defence R&D projects. Funded under Horizon Europe (HORIZON-INFRA-2024-TECH-01-03) and running from 2025 to 2028, UrbanAIR develops advanced digital twins that simulate the interactions between urban climate, human behaviour, and policy choices. These models enable cities to explore what-if scenarios, such as new green infrastructure, mobility measures or building designs, and assess their impacts on health, safety and social equity.
