Programmes Climate, Energy, Mobility

GREENET the international network of National Contact Points (NCPs) for Cluster 5 “Climate, Energy and Mobility”, has launched a survey to identify the needs of the stakeholders who are active in the areas of Climate, Energy and Mobility.

Participating in this questionnaire is a valuable opportunity for stakeholders to share their experiences and insights while contributing to the co-design of potential solutions to address challenges that may impact their participation and performance in Horizon Europe, particularly within the scope of Cluster 5 calls. Answers will provide useful insight regarding the services currently provided and will allow our network also to adjust and improve them in line with the main findings.

You can access the survey via this link

This survey will be open until the end of April, with a possible deadline extension.

BEAT-AF - Ground-Breaking Electroporation-based intervention for Atrial Fibrillation treatment

The Horizon2020 project BEAT-AF brings together 9 European renowned clinical centres in France, Belgium, Czechia, Germany and Austria. Together, the consortium strives to revolutionize Atrial Fibrillation (AF) treatment through catheter ablation and contribute to decrease the huge burden of AF in Europe. The BEAT-AF project kicked off in 2021 and will run until 2026. The department of electrophysiology of the AZ Sint-Jan Hospital in Bruges is partner in the project and has so far contributed to the pre-clinical development, the first in man studies and first registries of the revolutionary AF treatment put forward by the consortium. The first pilot studies show that the treatment is safe, effective and efficient.
