ProgrammesThe European Commission and Japan have officially signed the association agreement. This agreement will allow Japanese researchers and organisations to take part in Horizon Europe on equal terms as EU Member States and other Horizon Europe associated countries. Japan’s association to Horizon Europe only covers Pillar II.
