The Commission has brought forward the deadlines for two upcoming Cluster Health calls to February 2027. This means many health call topics will have a deadline on 17 February 2027 (instead of April 2027). Below is an overview of the new opening and closing dates:

The latest version (26 June 2026) of the amended draft health work programme that is publicly available on the Comitology register includes the new, correct deadlines. Consult it directly here.

Important: Please be aware that the update of the dates on the EU Funding & Tenders portal can only happen after the formal adoption of the amended health work programme 2026 - 2027 by the Commission. Formal adoption is foreseen to happen in the course of October 2026. In brief: the information on opening dates and deadlines for the 2027 health calls provided on the EU Funding & Tenders portal is currently incorrect and will not be corrected before October 2026. The UNCHAIN project, ‘urban logistics and planning: anticipating urban freight generation and demand including digitalisation of urban freight’ obtained funding from the Horizon Europe’s Mobility Cluster. The project focuses on breaking down data silos and promoting public-private data exchange across a unified European mobility data space, enabling more informed decisions and greater efficiency. The City of Mechelen is a partner in the project and takes on the role of ‘follower city’: it will work alongside the primary demonstration sites (in Madrid, Berlin and Florence) to maximize the geographical coverage and replicability of solutions across Europe. Mechelen aims to test 2 concrete solutions in the UNCHAIN project, with the aim to help addressing its current and future challenges in urban freight distribution.
