EP PerMed 2026 Call now open – Test and Demonstration of Multimodal Data Approaches for Personalised Medicine

The European Partnership for Personalised Medicine (EP PerMed) has launched its first research, innovation and technology call for proposals (RITC 2026) on “Test and Demonstration of Multimodal Data Approaches for Personalised Medicine (MultiPMData2026)”. In total, 19 funding organisations participate in this call with an available budget of over € 14.8 Mio.

This call aims to bring together enterprises with clinical actors, including healthcare providers, patients, and researchers, to test innovative solutions in controlled real-world settings to address clear needs in managing multimorbidity.

EP PerMed will fund innovation projects in human health that focus on multimodal data usage for personalised medicine approaches providing more efficient and personalised management of patients with multimorbidity, having at least two chronic diseases that require management. While clinical studies can be funded, larger clinical trials are out of scope.

The call will be implemented in two stages. Deadline for pre-proposal submission and for submission of the Flemish addendum via VLAIO is 12 January 2026 (14:00 CET). An info day itnroducing the RITC2026 will take place on 28 October 2025.
