The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) has launched a €2 million call under its new STEM Tech Talent Induction initiative. The call will support 25 projects with grants of up to €80,000 to create or expand activities that introduce people across Europe to science, technology, engineering and mathematics, emerging technologies, entrepreneurship and related career opportunities.

Projects should particularly reach young people, women and groups underrepresented in STEM, helping participants move towards further education, training or employment. Each consortium must include at least one education provider and one business or industry partner, while participation by public and regional organisations and cross-border partners is encouraged. Supported activities may range from awareness-raising and career orientation to practical learning and skills development.

More information can be found on the EIT STEM Talent website. The call closes on 14 December 2026. There is an info session on 26 October at 15:00 and another one on 11 November at 11:00.
