EIT Culture & Creativity launches New Venture Creation call

The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Culture & Creativity has launched the Spark call, providing €1.05 million to help early-stage founders turn creative-tech concepts into scalable businesses. Selected individuals and small teams can receive up to €30,000 and join a nine-month programme offering coaching, mentoring, business training and access to a pan-European network.

This call targets technology-driven ventures in materials and the built environment, including fashion, architecture, and advanced or circular materials. Applicants must be based in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe associated country, have no registered company and aim to establish a for-profit, scalable venture. Applications close on 16 November 2026 at 17:00 CET, with online information sessions on 20 October and 10 November. Visit the call webpage for registration and full details.

Micado - Migrant Integration Cockpits and Dashboards

Atlas Integratie & Inburgering Antwerpen is an autonomous agency and a non-profit organisation responsible for implementing the Flemish integration policy on behalf of and for the City of Antwerp. Atlas offers several types of services for newcomers and Antwerp’s public and non-profit organisations.

In 2018, under the leadership of HafenCity University Hamburg, Atlas participated in the H2020 call 'Addressing the challenge of migrant integration through ICT-enabled solutions'. The proposal 'MICADO - Migrant Integration Cockpits and Dashboards' was approved by the European Commission and the project started in January 2019 and runs until June 2022.
