ProgrammesThis webinar targets early career researchers and looks at the basics of intellectual property and open science. It aims to show how IP rules and open science practices can work together, and explains that open access does not remove IP considerations or automatically allow commercial use. The session is organised by the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency through the European IP Helpdesk.
The webinar looks at different forms of openness and how the intellectual property system fits with the principles of open science. It includes examples of how IP, data and publications can be shared as openly as possible while remaining closed where needed. The session is hosted by the European IP Helpdesk.
More information on the webinar and the possibility to register can be found on the event page.
