ProgrammesThis matchmaking event connects solution seekers with innovators advancing sustainability and circularity across industries. It is organised by the Enterprise Europe Network and Up2Circ, with support from the European Commission. The event brings together entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs and other organisations from across Europe and beyond.
The programme includes various activities such as an opening session focused on cultural differences in international business, online pitching sessions with innovations aimed at sustainability, and B2B meetings for collaboration on sustainability transitions. The Climate KIC is contributing to the event with specific sessions to enhance the knowledge-sharing experience.

Funded under Horizon Europe’s Innovative Health Initiative (HORIZON-JU-IHI-2022-02-01) and running from 2023 to 2028, the iCARE4CVD project aims to improve patient care across the board, starting from those at risk of developing cardiovascular disease to those with advanced heart failure. Thomas More University of Applied Sciences plays an important role in the project focusing data analysis and AI modeling as well as on the implementation of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures and Patient-Reported Experience Measures.
