ProgrammesThis free proposal review service is aimed at teams preparing submissions for the 2026 Horizon Europe Cluster 3 calls. Selected applicants receive a dedicated online consultation with experienced Horizon Europe evaluators, who give confidential feedback on the Excellence, Impact and Implementation sections of Part B.
SEREN6, the network of Cluster 3 National Contact Points, is organising individual online Full Proposal Check sessions for applicants preparing proposals for the 2026 Horizon Europe Cluster 3 calls, with a deadline of 5 November 2026.
The SEREN6 Full Proposal Check provides an additional opportunity to receive feedback from experienced evaluators. During the SEREN6 Full Proposal Check, each selected team receives an individual online consultation of up to two hours. The proposer gives a short pitch, followed by feedback from evaluators on the full Part B narrative. The service is free of charge and aims to help applicants improve the completeness and quality of their proposal before submission. The feedback sessions will take place online from 19 to 23 October 2026.

Eligible proposers can apply via the SEREN6 registration page.
This service is complementary to the proposal review support provided by NCP Flanders. Proposal coordinators from Flanders can also request feedback from NCP Flanders on draft project proposals through its proposal writing support service. Applicants can contact the national contact point for CL3 in Flanders, Fernanda Werneck (fernanda.werneck@vlaio.be), to discuss which support option is most suitable for their proposal.

If you’ve never heard of Limecraft, you’re clearly not working in the media sector. Their SaaS platform provides integrated workflows for media management, scripted and unscripted TV, and subtitling and localisation. It is used by leading broadcasting companies – such as BBC, VRT, NPO… – and production firms of which De Mensen or Hotel Hungaria might ring a bell (at least if you are Belgian).
NCP Flanders went to Ghent to interview Maarten Verwaest, CEO and cofounder, about how he sees Horizon 2020. Limecraft is a partner in the MeMAD project, which is a collaborative RIA project submitted to an ICT call topic.
