Under the Pillar 2 of Horizon Europe, Cluster 2 "Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society" aims to meet EU goals and priorities on enhancing democratic governance and citizens participation, on the safeguarding and promotion of cultural heritage, and to respond to and shape multifaceted social, economic, technological and cultural transformations.

More information can be found on the event’s website and the info day will be livestreamed.

In order to dedicate more time to the Q&A part, presentations of the 2025 call topics will be uploaded on the website and should be wachted prior to the info day. To find the presentations click on programme and select the respective destination part of the call topic (Show details).

In addition to this info day an online brokerage event will be organized by Net4Society, the NCP network for Cluster 2, on 16 May 2025 to facilitate the consortium building for proposals submitted under the 2025 calls.

SAPHIRe - Securing the Adoption of Personalised Medicin in Regions

The Department of Economy, Science and Innovation of the Flemish government coordinates the Horizon 2020 Coordination and Support Action SAPHIRe, which started on 1 December 2018. The aim of the project is to secure the adoption of personalised medicine in all European regions, including sparsely populated and remote regions and regions with different innovation capacities.

The activities of SAPHIRe are complementary to the smart specialisation partnership on personalised medicine – S3P4PM, which is also coordinated by the Department of Economy, Science and Innovation.
