The event aims to inform Belgian entities about funding opportunities available through the European Defence Fund (EDF). It will feature presentations from government officials and experts, along with a series of regional sessions specific to Flanders, Wallonia, and Brussels.
The event will include a variety of presentations covering the EDF work programme for 2026, roles of the Belgian Defence and the FOD Economie aswell ad testimonials related to EDF participation.
Attendees can engage in Q&A sessions and discussions tailored to their respective regions. The event is designed to cater to various stakeholders, providing insights and support from the NCP Flanders and VLAIO.
Participation is free, but registration is mandatory before January 27th 2026. Due to limited physical attendance, only one representative per organisation can participate in person.
Presentations will be conducted in Dutch, French, or English without simultaneous translation.

Circusol is an Innovation Action project funded under a cross-cutting work programme part of Horizon 2020. Circusol aims at unleashing the full potential of circular business models, in particular Product-Service Systems, in simultaneously delivering real environmental, economic and user benefits. By that, Circusol aims to establish solar power as a spearhead sector in demonstrating a path driven by service-based businesses towards a circular economy in Europe.
