ELIXIR Belgium, the Belgian node of ELIXIR Europe, a network that brings together life science resources (including databases, software tools, training materials, cloud storage and supercomputers) from 23 countries, shall showcase during this year’s national meeting the variety of services in their portfolio with scientists illustrating how the services facilitate their research. The connection with existing European initiatives, both in ELIXIR and other research infrastructures, will also be demonstrated. In this way, they will give a comprehensive overview of their activities and their integration in the broader European context. Five thematic sessions are planned over two days:

• Genome exploration platforms advancing diagnostics
• Human immunogenetics and plant genomics hubs
• Support and training for FAIR and Open science
• Linking proteome and genome data to unravel diseases
• Enabling access and analysis of distributed genomic data
