Getting ready for the opening of the calls for 2021 also implies finding (potential) partners. To facilitate this, you can participate in a brokerage event with pre-arranged online Face2Face meetings. This brokerage event complements the official and EC-organised Cluster 4 Info Day.

This event, organised by Ideal-ist and Enterprise Europe Network, is open to representatives of companies, universities and research institutes working in the ICT sector, interested in sharing new project ideas and finding collaboration partners.

It targets primarily the digital topics of the cluster 4 Work Programme, so it focusses on

  • Destination 3: World Leading Data & Computing Technologies
  • Destination 4: Digital & Emerging Technologies for Competitiveness & Fit for the Green Deal
  • Destination 6: A Human-centered and Ethical Development of the Digital & Industrial Technologies

More information (how it works, which topics, ...) and registration can be found on the event website.

AI4Culture - Empowering Cultural Heritage through Artificial Intelligence

The AI4Culture project, funded under Digital Europe call Data space for cultural heritage (deployment) aims to develop an online capacity building hub for AI technologies in the cultural heritage sector. This hub contributes to the creation of the European common cultural heritage data space, which provides support to the digital transformation of Europe’s cultural sector and fosters the creation and reuse of content in cultural and creative sectors. The Flemish company CrossLang is one of the 12 partners in the project and brings in its year-long expertise in the development of multilingual technology to the transcription and translation of scanned printed and handwritten documents.
