ProgrammesApplicants who were unable to submit or resubmit their proposal due to IT issues with the Funding & Tenders Portal under HORIZON-CL6-2026-01 should file a complaint without delay.
The complaint must be submitted within 4 calendar days after the call closure.
The call deadline was extended from 17 September to 23 September 2026, 17:00. However, IT-related submission issues continued to affect some applicants up to the closure of the call.
What to do if you were affected:
EU services will check the Portal IT logs to determine whether a technical problem prevented the submission or resubmission of the proposal. Applicants will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
