ProgrammesThe NOSTRADAMUS project has launched its first open call for digital applications that support more sustainable and efficient cereal-based farming. SMEs, start-ups and small mid-caps can apply individually or in a consortium of up to two organisations, with research organisations, universities and end-user bodies eligible as partners.
Proposals should develop and validate open-source, data-driven tools for crop optimisation, soil and nutrient management, water efficiency, drought resilience, or predictive pest and disease management. Cross-domain applications combining several of these areas are also eligible. Selected projects will receive up to €50,000 and take part in a 12-month programme, including testing at a NOSTRADAMUS pilot site.
Applications must be submitted by 2 December 2026 at 17:00 CET. Full application documents and further details are available on the NOSTRADAMUS open call webpage.

Textgain is a Flemish SME and a partner in Digital Europe project BENEDMO, which answered to call ‘European Digital Media observatory (EDMO) - National and multinational hubs’.
Its task within the project is to further develop technologies to effectively detect sources of polarisation and disinformation, allowing journalists and moderators to quickly mitigate the harmful effects of such messages.
