This hybrid information day is organised by the European Commission and looks at Horizon Europe Cluster 5 funding opportunities in climate, energy and mobility under the 2027 call topics. Onsite participants can ask questions directly or through Slido, and online participants can also use the Q&A tool. Questions are expected to be accepted in advance once the link is available.
After the info day, GREENET, the network of Cluster 5 National Contact Points, is organising an onsite brokerage event from 16:00 to 19:00 at the same venue. Participation in the brokerage event is limited to people who register for and are accepted for onsite attendance at the info day.

Funded under Horizon Europe’s Innovative Health Initiative (HORIZON-JU-IHI-2022-02-01) and running from 2023 to 2028, the iCARE4CVD project aims to improve patient care across the board, starting from those at risk of developing cardiovascular disease to those with advanced heart failure. Thomas More University of Applied Sciences plays an important role in the project focusing data analysis and AI modeling as well as on the implementation of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures and Patient-Reported Experience Measures.
