# NCP Flanders

> NCP Flanders is the National Contact Point for EU research & innovation funding in Flanders (Belgium). It provides free information, advice and support to Flanders-based organisations — companies, universities, research centres and government institutions — applying to Horizon Europe, the Digital Europe Programme and related EU funding, throughout the full project life cycle: from finding a call topic and partners, over proposal writing, to legal, financial and project management questions. NCP Flanders is a cooperation between Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship (VLAIO) and the Research Foundation Flanders (FWO).

- All content is in English. Services are free of charge for organisations located in Flanders (Belgium).
- Programmes covered: Horizon Europe (the EU framework programme for research & innovation, 2021–2027), the Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL), the legacy Horizon 2020 programme, and pointers to other EU funding instruments (EUREKA, Eurostars, ERDF-INTERREG, LIFE, Innovation Fund, ...).
- News, activities (events), documents, infosheets, partner searches and testimonials are published continuously; always consult the live index pages below for current items rather than assuming a fixed list.
- Most content is public. A few downloads (call-topic Excel exports, partner-search files, some training videos) require a free user account.
- Individual advisors per programme or domain can be found — and meetings booked — via the team page.
