The Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia organises the two day MSCA Presidency conference on the topic of “Fostering balanced mobility flows in Europe”. The MSCA Presidency conference is part of the programme of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

“The objectives of the conference will be threefold:

• Raise awareness of the importance of return mobility and reintegration processes to foster balanced mobility flows of MSCA researchers.
• Showcase examples of existing good practices, barriers, instruments, and policies to promote the return migration and reintegration of MSCA fellows, bringing their research careers, knowledge, and skills, back to their country of origin at the end of their fellowship.
• Make recommendations for the implementation of MSCA return migration and reintegration instruments and policies at EU, Member State, research organization and individual level."

On the first day a policy panel discussion is foreseen and parallel break-out workshops. On the second day besides another policy panel discussion the MSCA’s 25th anniversary will be commemorated.
